Soundcamps

○●   Places where people camp out and sleep outdoors
○●   To listen to sounds of daybreak on IDCD (1st weekend in May)
○●   An opportunity to explore the acoustics and ecology of particular places
○●   Not necessarily in the wilderness - they can be in the inner city
○●   They are both listening points and streaming points: each soundcamp sends a live stream to the internet
○●   Sounds are shared: a transmission community (Jeff Kolar, Tetsuo Kogawa)
